Pump RushTerms of Use
These terms apply to Pump Rush: Time Management, published by Darko Jovanovski. By installing or playing the game you agree to them, together with the terms of the store you got it from (the Apple Media Services Terms and Standard EULA, or the Google Play Terms of Service).
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute it, except where the law allows it.
2. In-game currency and purchases
Cash, stars, boosters and upgrades are in-game items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. Purchases are processed by the store, and refunds follow the store's rules. Purchased items are delivered to the device you bought them on; Remove Ads can be restored, consumable items cannot.
3. Ads
The free game shows ads between days and offers optional rewarded videos. Ad content comes from third-party networks; we do our best to keep it suitable but do not control every ad.
4. Fair play
Don't tamper with the game, its save data or its purchases. We may reset progress or purchases obtained by cheating or fraud.
5. Changes and availability
We update the game regularly and may change, add or remove features. We do our best to keep it running but cannot promise it will be available or error-free at all times.
6. Liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
